Innovative Network Concepts acknowledges that our clients may need or wish to share information of a private or confidential nature with us to facilitate the performance of our consultation services.

We also acknowledge that some clients may wish the existance or nature of our relationship to remain a secret. We firmly believe that many small and mid-sized organizations are better off retaining the services of a consulting group than they are maintaining a full-time staff with limited capabilities. Unfortunately, using outside engineering resources can make client organizations appear to have a limited budget, insufficient in-house staff, or otherwise lack the resources necessary to operate and fulfill the expectations of their customers.

In consideration of the above, we make available a standard Nondisclosure Agreement ("NDA") which provides our clients, and potential clients with whom we choose to enter a Nondisclosure Agreement, a guarantee of confidentiality.
