While most consulting companies will charge very high hourly rates, or extreme project rates, we prefer to simplify this by operating under a set monthly rate for a set period of time. This assures predictability of cash flow on both ends. We spread the cost of large projects out over the course of a year while building in routine maintenance and support, along with 24/7 emergency response.

This way you are not going to get hit with a $10,000 bill all at once never to see us again, but rather a small bill each month, while still having our commitment for routine assistance and emergency occurrences along the way, at no additional charge.

Rates are negotiable depending on estimated time investments, technical expertise required, etc. We typically spend many more hours with each client during the first month of our relationship than we will during the year. This causes a balance over the term of the contract.

This fee structure allows our clients the flexibility to solve problems and make topology changes quickly, while allowing us the time to learn about the client's network, target customer base, specific needs, and long-term goals. Our clients never need to worry that they're going to be billed every time they pick up the phone, send an email or instant message, or simply for asking routine questions that may help them avoid problems in the future.
