INC began purely as a technical service organization limited to installing and maintaining clients' IP network infrastructure. While our services have grown to suit the needs of our client base, we have remained focused on network operations.

As most INC clients have little or no in-house senior network operations staff, INC serves to fill this gap by supplementing or even replacing full-time employees, saving you money. We provide our clients with as much, or as little, technical assistance as they require to meet their goals.

Our network operators typically perform all maintenance on clients' core routers and switches, respond to DDoS attacks, and receive escalated inquiries from end-customers regarding network issues. For clients with no in-house networking staff we also provision additional IP addresses, adjust rate-limits, and make class-of-service changes upon request.

INC also maintains diagrams and documentation about your network topology and device configurations. When proposing changes to grow your network's traffic-bearing capacity, eliminate single points of failure, or reduce your vulnerability to DDoS attacks, we also provide detailed topology proposals and, when necessary, an equipment "shopping list" as well as quotations from vendors (more on this in the Vendor Information Section).

Additionally, our staff normally serves as the primary point of contact for technical personnel at your transit and transport vendors. When these organizations ask detailed technical questions, INC will be there to make the process as simple as possible.
