What am I looking at spending?
INC operates under a couple of different pricing structures. The most common form
is a monthly retainer rate including all of our network operations services for one
low flat rate. This eliminates the need to charge on a per project basis.
We offer emergency reponse with this package as well.
We can also bill on a per project hourly basis for one-time projects. This tends to be less common as companies usually desire the peace of mind that INC offers with its retainer service package. Click here for a price structure breakdown. More often than not, INC's service will pay for itself in terms of capital dollars saved and/or generated directly due to our service.
How does INC access my equipment?
INC does 99% of its work from its office. We use a few different remote management techniques
that are quite simple to set up. We have no problem walking you through this process. This allows us
to remain in the office to provide the best service possible to our clients.
We need help choosing equpiment, but are not an INC client. Can you still help us?
INC has a service that fits exactly this need. We have recognized that there is a large need for proper
equipment selection in the IP industry. For this reason, INC has recently lauched an equipment selection service
that is open to the public.

Will INC come on site if I need them to?
INC understands that sometimes it is necessary to travel on-site. While we prefer to remain at our office
more often than not, INC does offer an on-site service. All travel expenses will be billed to the client along
with an additional per day charge.
What do I do if I have a big emergency in the middle of the night?
INC will have someone on call 24x7x365. We will assign you an emergency PIN that you will enter
through our PBX menu. Normally a network operator will answer your call immediately. In the worst case,
you can leave a voice message. This will open an emergency ticket and page a staff member with an
extremely annoying noise to assist you. In this situation, INC guarantees someone will call you within 30 minutes, however
this time is usually substantially less.
I'm still not convinced. Can I have a trial of some sort?
INC does offer a limited trial program. The way this is set up is simple. INC will keep track
of hours during a short trial period. During this time, we will bill for a one-time project
fee plus our normal hourly rate. If you decide to sign on after the trial period, we will
deduct this payment from your first bill.
I'm not personally interested, but I know someone who might be.
